1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or utilizing our wellness services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

2. Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow cancelled appointment times to be offered to others, the following policy applies:

• Bookings: Appointments must be scheduled through our authorised booking channels.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a cancellation fee.
• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.
• Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late may have their treatment shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full scheduled treatment fee may still apply.
• Exceptional Circumstances: NJ Advanced Wellness understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Any waiver or reduction of a cancellation fee will be considered at the discretion of NJ Advanced Wellness.

Any cancellation fee will be applied reasonably, taking into account the circumstances of the cancellation and whether the appointment time could reasonably be offered to another client.

3. Payments

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. We accept standard payment methods specified at our physical practice location.

4. Wellness Services

NJ Advanced Wellness provides advanced, non-invasive wellness treatments. Please note:

• Our services are intended to support general wellness and recovery.
• We do not provide medical diagnoses or replace standard medical care.
• Results may vary based on individual biological factors and adherence to guidelines.

5. Health Disclosure & Safety

Your safety is paramount. You are required to:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
• Inform the practitioner immediately if you experience pain or discomfort during a session.
• Consult your physician before starting any new wellness program if you have pre-existing health concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with the CPA:

• You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wellness treatments.
• Participation in our services is voluntary and at your own risk.
• NJ Advanced Wellness, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by South African law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NJ Advanced Wellness from any claims resulting from your failure to disclose accurate health information or your breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of South Africa.
